    Rain warning in these states

    According to the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued given light rain in Punjab, Haryana. This phase of rain is also expected to continue for 48 hours. Rain is expected in Delhi-NCR from February 4. Also, light to heavy rain is expected in Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Jammu, Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh. Also, light rain can be recorded in Sikkim, Assam and Nagaland. Rain may start in South Tamil Nadu of South India.

    Weather conditions in UP and Bihar

    According to IMD, dense fog can be seen in UP and Bihar. People may face problems due to fog. Dense fog may prevail in West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Sikkim, Assam, and Meghalaya. Thick fog is also expected in Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, and Mizoram.
