What ingredients are required to make Shadi-style chilli paneer?
For the paneer mixture
Paneer – 350 grams
Corn flour – 6-7 tablespoons
Paste – 10-12 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, Kashmiri red chilli, salt, and a little water

For the tadka/vegetables
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Vegetables – chopped onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers
Chopped garlic, green chillies, and ginger (10-12 cloves of garlic, 2 green chillies, and 1 inch of ginger)
Chopped onions, cabbage, and spring onions
To prepare the sauce gravy
Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Hot and sweet sauce – 3 tablespoons
Green chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
Red chilli sauce – 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon

Salt
Chinese seasoning – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli – 2 tablespoons
Water – 1/2 cup
Corn flour – 2 tablespoons
How is Shadi Style Chilli Paneer made?
Step 1- First, chop the paneer into pieces, then add ginger, chilli, and garlic paste. Add cornflour and water little by little, stirring to coat.
Step 2 – Now fry the paneer in hot oil till it becomes crispy.
Step 3- After that, heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chillies over high heat. Add bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes and cook over high heat. Then, add chopped onions, cabbage, and spring onions.

Step 4 – Now add all the sauce, cornflour and spice mixture into the pan and cook it for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 5 – Now add green coriander, cheese, sesame seeds and spring onion and mix.
Step 6 – Now your hot Shadi-style chilli paneer is ready.
