LPG Cylinder: Great news for cooking gas users in Bengaluru, Karnataka! Gas consumers can now order LPG cylinders via the quick commerce platform Instamart. Instamart has teamed up with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to introduce an on-demand delivery service.

This marks the first time in India that a quick commerce platform has launched an on-demand delivery service specifically for LPG cylinders. Through this initiative, consumers can now order HPCL’s 10 kg “HP Navya” composite LPG cylinder via Instamart.

How will the cylinder be delivered to your home? The company explained that the HP Navya is a lightweight, rust-resistant composite LPG cylinder that comes with advanced safety features. Its transparent design allows users to easily check the gas level. Its compact size makes it ideal for apartments, small families, students, working professionals, and anyone in need of extra LPG cylinders.

Importantly, consumers do not need to have an existing domestic LPG connection to use this service. This will simplify access for students, single professionals, and small families. Amitesh Jha, the CEO of Instamart, mentioned that the platform has evolved beyond just groceries and is now a vital part of consumers’ everyday needs. This collaboration with HPCL will ensure a quick, safe, and dependable supply of essential services like LPG.
