Who Can Apply
- Only a permanent resident of Haryana state can apply under this scheme.
- The applicant must have a labor card i.e. a copy of wages.
- It is necessary for the applicant to upload his work slip to the labor department.
- Under this scheme, only those applicants can apply whose family’s annual income is less than 180000.
