New Delhi: Once again, Baloch insurgents have worsened the situation in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. Insurgents attacked several cities in Balochistan, seizing police stations and government buildings, further escalating the already volatile situation.
On Saturday, Baloch insurgents, particularly the Jeeyand faction of the Baloch Liberation Army, launched large-scale attacks as part of Phase 2 of Operation Heraf. The rebels attacked and captured several police stations. The Pakistani army, panicked by the attacks, abandoned its posts and fled.

According to Geo News, a major Pakistani news channel, 10 security personnel have been killed in the attacks so far. On the other hand, the Pakistani government claims to have killed 58 terrorists. The Baloch insurgents targeted government facilities and military forces in their attacks.
