Aadhaar App Full Version: If you’re fed up with constantly having to show your Aadhaar card and prove who you are, there’s some good news. Your smartphone is about to turn into your digital identity card, so you won’t need to lug your Aadhaar card around anymore. Plus, you won’t have to go to Aadhaar centers just to update your Aadhaar number or address.
The full version of the Aadhaar App is set to launch soon. UIDAI is rolling out the complete version of the new Aadhaar App tomorrow, January 28th. UIDAI announced this on the social media platform X. They mentioned that the current version of the Aadhaar App has limited features, but after January 28th, all those features will be activated, making the app way more useful. With this update, the Aadhaar App will transform from just a document display app into a full-fledged digital solution for identity verification.
Now you won’t need to carry your Aadhaar Card around. The feature that UIDAI highlighted the most is the removal of the physical Aadhaar card. Once the full version of the Aadhaar app is out, you won’t need to have the card for identity verification anymore. You can easily verify your identity through your mobile phone whenever you need to.
What’s new in the full version of the Aadhaar app? After it launches, the Aadhaar app will undergo several changes. The biggest change is that users will be able to verify not just their own Aadhaar but also someone else’s. Before, the Aadhaar app was mainly for showing your Aadhaar or sharing details via QR code.
The existing system made it tough for users to quickly check the validity of Aadhaar by scanning the QR code, which often led to delays in the verification process. But, this issue might get sorted out once the complete version is launched. The upcoming feature is set to speed up Aadhaar verification, making it simpler and more dependable, so identity-related tasks can be wrapped up in just a few minutes. Plus, in places like hotels, offices, and other spots where Aadhaar verification is necessary, app-based verification will speed things up.
With the update in the new Aadhaar App, users will have the ability to change their name, mobile number, email address, and home address directly on their Aadhaar card.
