How to apply?
- To apply online for Ayushman Card, visit Ayushman Bharat Jan Arogya Yojana Portal.
- After reaching the portal, click on the Beneficiary Login option on the homepage.
- You will reach a new page where you have to enter the mobile number.
Now you will receive OTP, which has to be entered carefully and click on the Verify option. - Now complete the authentication process by clicking on the e KYC option.
- A new page will open in which the person getting the Ayushman card has to be selected and click on the e KYC option.
- Click on the computer photo icon for live photo and click on the additional option for selfie upload.
- An application form will come in which enter the required details and scan and upload the important document.
- Finally you have to click on the submit option.
