Lado Laxmi Yojana: The Haryana government is running many schemes to economically empower the women of the state. One of the important schemes is Lado Laxmi Yojana which aims to provide financial assistance to poor women. Under this scheme, eligible women will be given financial assistance of Rs 2100 every month. This scheme was announced by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) before the assembly elections and now the government is preparing to implement it.
This scheme will bring great relief to those women who are financially weak and are not able to support their families. Objective of Lado Laxmi Yojana
Financial assistance: To provide monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,100 to women living below the poverty line (BPL).

Contribution to the family: To enable women to contribute to their families.
Improvement in living standards: To improve the living standards of economically weaker women.
Employment opportunities: To enable women to generate employment for themselves.
Eligibility criteria
- The woman should be a native of Haryana.
- The age of the applicant woman should be between 18 to 60 years.
- The woman should be from BPL (below poverty line) families.
- There should be no income tax payer in the family.
- Single, divorced or widowed women will be given additional benefits.

- Bank account should be linked to the family identity card
- Aadhaar card
- Birth certificate or document related to educational qualification for age proof

- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of being a widow or divorced woma

- After submitting the application form, your documents will be verified by the concerned department.
- After verification, if you are found eligible, then you will start getting financial assistance of Rs 2100 every month.
