Projects and Development India Limited (PDIL), a Government of India undertaking, has invited applications for engineering professionals in the PDIL Recruitment 2025. With a total of 87 vacancies in various engineering disciplines, this recruitment seeks to induct excellent Degree and Diploma Engineers for its projects in Noida, Vadodara, and other locations in India. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Degree Engineers: B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar disciplines.
- Diploma Engineers: Diploma in the concerned engineering discipline; for Computer posts, BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science) is also acceptable.
Experience Requirement:
Grade I – 8 years
Grade II – 5 years
Grade III – 2 years
Maximum Age Limit (as on 30.09.2025):
Grade I – 37 years
Grade II – 35 years
Grade III – 32 years
Age relaxation as per government guidelines for SC/ST, OBC, and PwD candidates.
Salary and Benefits
The PDIL Recruitment 2025 provides competitive consolidated monthly salary between ₹23,940 and ₹59,700 depending on grade and location. Apart from this, the employees are provided with numerous benefits including HRA, medical allowance, and conveyance. A 3% annual increment is admissible after every completed year of service. Candidates serving in North-East India are provided with an extra monthly allowance of ₹5,000 for Degree Engineers and ₹3,000 for Diploma Engineers.
Selection Process
The selection process is conducted in two stages. In the first stage, applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility, experience, and educational qualification. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for a personal interview, scheduled between December 10 and 18, 2025. Final selection will depend on interview performance. Eligible candidates attending interviews will receive TA reimbursement as per PDIL rules.
