Educational Qualification and Age Limit
Candidates must have a PhD for all the posts of recruitment. It is mandatory to have a degree. Apart from this,candidates should also have sufficient experience and knowledge of research work in the relevant subject. The minimum age limit has been fixed differently according to the posts:
- Associate Professor: Minimum age 30 years,no maximum age limit.
- Principal (Engineering & Polytechnic): Minimum age 37 years,no maximum age limit.

Pay Scale
The candidates selected for these posts will be given a salary of Rs 1,31,400 per month. This pay scale will be in accordance with the provisions of the 7th Pay Commission.
Selection Process
The selection process of recruitment will be based on an interview only. The final merit list will be released according to the performance in the interview,and an appointment will be made on the basis of that.
