Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Recruitment Details
This recruitment process by Bank of Baroda is being conducted under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). Eligible candidates will be recruited for a total of 2,700 apprentice positions within the bank. Selected candidates will receive training at various bank branches and offices.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The graduation degree must not be older than February 1, 2025 (i.e., degrees older than 4 years will not be valid).
Age Limit:
The minimum age limit is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 28 years. Candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) will be provided age relaxation as per government rules.
Training Duration and Stipend
Selected candidates will undergo 12 months of training. During this period, they will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. This training will help them develop an understanding of banking systems, customer service, digital transactions, and financial products.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on an online test.
- The exam will consist of a total of 100 objective-type questions.
- The exam duration will be 60 minutes (1 hour).
- Questions will be asked from subjects such as General Knowledge, English, Reasoning, Math, and Banking Awareness.
- There will be no negative marking in this exam, meaning no marks will be deducted for wrong answers.
