The tipster had previously claimed that the iQOO 16 might house a battery of around 8,500mAh; a recent Weibo post has now confirmed that the device will indeed feature an 8,400mAh battery. Reports also suggest that, like its predecessor, it will support 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.
iQOO 16 Specifications
According to other reports, the iQOO 16 will feature a Samsung M16 LEAD AMOLED screen. This 6.85-inch panel is expected to offer 2K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The device will include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and run on Android 17-based OriginOS 7. Leaks indicate a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies, while the rear panel may house a redesigned module containing a triple 50-megapixel camera setup.
