A new page will open where you need to choose “Forgot Username” from the drop-down menu and click on Next. Now, enter your CIF number, which is printed on your SBI passbook. After that, select your country, enter your registered mobile number, and fill in the captcha code. Click on Submit.

If you want to reset your MPIN, open the YONO SBI app and log in. On the home screen, tap on the menu icon at the top left corner and go to Service Requests.
Scroll down and tap on Quick Links, then select Service Requests again. On the Service Request page, click on the Emergency option. At the top, you will see the “Manage PIN” option; tap it and select “Change ”PIN.
