Monsoon Update: Meteorological Department has warned torrential rains in 12 states, know update

Monsoon Update: The mood of the weather is changing rapidly in most parts of India, due to which people in the hilly areas have started feeling cold. Monsoon has bid farewell to most of the areas. The weather is looking absolutely clear in the national capital Delhi and surrounding areas.

Due to continuous rain in the northeastern states, the temperature is falling, where people are feeling cold. Apart from this, heavy rains are continuing in some areas of South India, due to which everyone is very upset. Traffic is also being disrupted due to waterlogging at many places.

The weather remained clear in western UP yesterday. However, there was light drizzle in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand and Himachal, where the temperature dropped. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in many states of the country.

There will be rain with thunder in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, a warning of heavy rains has been issued in many states. Heavy rains may continue in Lakshadweep, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. Along with this, heavy rains may be seen in Meghalaya, Nagaland and Karnataka. According to the IMD, Delhi is likely to remain partly cloudy.

Light to moderate rains may be seen in Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Rains are expected in Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Rains are also expected in Northeast India and Tamil Nadu. Light rains may continue in Western Himalayas, Bihar and East Madhya Pradesh.

How will the weather be?

According to the IMD, monsoon has bid farewell to most of the states. Cyclonic winds are expected to become active once again in West Bengal. Cyclonic winds are likely to remain in the northern parts of Gangetic West Bengal. A trough line is likely to extend from Jharkhand to Manipur across the cyclonic circulation formed over the northern parts of Gangetic West Bengal.

Due to the western disturbance, it is likely to remain over the Bay of Bengal near northern Tamil Nadu and southern Andhra Pradesh. Many states of North India including Uttar Pradesh may remain cloudy for the next five days. At the same time, monsoon may retreat in many parts of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra in the next 48 hours.
