iQOO 15 Ultra phone is officially confirmed to launch in early February 2026 in China. However, the Indian launch is anticipated to follow the China launch, likely around mid-February to early March 2026. While no official price has been announced for the Indian market, it is expected to be priced around ₹80,000 to ₹1,04,990, depending on the variant.
It is confirmed to be available in “2077 Flowing Orange” and “2049 Cold Blue” colour variants, which will feature a futuristic honeycomb back design.

iQOO Product Director Galant V shared AnTuTu benchmark screenshots of the iQOO 15 Ultra phone, which show the phone achieving a record-breaking score of over 4.5 million points. This highlights its extreme performance capabilities. The presence of capacitive touch-based shoulder triggers with haptic feedback has also been confirmed, aimed at improving the mobile gaming experience.

iQOO 15 Ultra phone is expected to be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with a dedicated Q3 gaming chip. It will likely run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It also includes an 8,000 mm² vapour chamber for cooling, with rumours of an active cooling fan and pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers with haptic feedback.

In the rear section of the iQOO 15 Ultra phone, it may feature a triple camera setup, which will include a 50 MP main sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50 MP 3x periscope telephoto lens, and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Whereas in front, it is expected to have a 32 MP selfie camera.
