PM-YUVA 3.0: PM Yuva Scheme 3.0 i.e. PM-YUVA 3.0 has been inaugurated by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education. This scheme has been started with the aim of encouraging young writers of India. They can present the rich heritage and modern development of the country through their writing skills. The objective of this scheme is to provide guidelines to writers under the age of 30. With this, they promote studies, writing skills and book community across the country.

Third phase of PM-YUVA 3.0 scheme

This third phase of PM-YUVA 3.0 scheme has been started after the success of the first two phases. In the first two phases, young writers of 22 Indian languages ​​and English participated. In this new phase, writers will get a chance to write on Indian culture, heritage and knowledge systems.

How will writers be selected in PM-YUVA 3.0 scheme

Under PM-YUVA 3.0, writers will be selected based on various themes. This time there will be three major themes-

  • Contribution of Indian diaspora in nation building 10 writers
  • Indian knowledge system 20 writers
  • Makers of modern India (1950-2025) 20 writers

How to get training in PM-YUVA 3.0 scheme

Every young writer will receive guidance from a renowned literary personality from 30 June 2025 to 30 December 2025. After this, a national camp will be organized during the Delhi World Book Fair in 2026 where these writers will get guidance from experts. The importance of Indian knowledge system will also be highlighted in this program. Which will help in preserving historical knowledge and generating new opportunities and collecting traditional knowledge for the development of the country.
