NEET UG Counselling 2025: For those students who are waiting for NEET UG Counselling Round 2, the Medical Council Committee (MCC) has released the notification for NEET UG Counselling Round 2, so that candidates can register by visiting the official website. Students who have not been allotted seats in the first round will be able to get admission by participating in the second phase of counselling. For counselling, one has to visit the official website mcc.nic.in.
Actually, according to the notification issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC),the process of increasing MBBS seats for the academic session 2025 is going on. Due to this, new authorised MBBS seats will be included in the second round of UG Counselling 2025. Due to this, it has been decided to start the second round of UG Counselling 2025, possibly from August 29, 2025.

How to register for the second round
Candidates who want to register for NEET UG second round counselling can follow the process mentioned here. The method is given below.
- Visit the official website of MCC mcc.nic.in.
- After this, click on the NEET UG registration link on the homepage of the website.
- Now, log in to your account by entering the required information.
- After logging in to the account, pay the prescribed registration fee and submit the form.
- After submitting the form, take a printout of it at the end.
Who can register
Let us tell you that only those candidates can register for NEET UG second round counselling who were not allotted a seat in the first round of counseling. Apart from this, candidates with such conditions can also participate, whose information is given here.
- Students who registered in Round 1 and did not get a seat.
- If your Round 1 seat was cancelled during verification.
- Joined the Round 1 seat, but opted for an upgrade.
- Seat was allotted, but did not join.
- Resigned from the Round 1 seat within the stipulated time.

Important documents at the time of reporting
Please note that after registration and choice filling, the Round 2 seat allotment result of the students will be released. Candidates will be allotted seats, and they will have to report to the allotted institute within the stipulated dates. Admission has to be obtained.
