Now, students appearing for the examination are eagerly awaiting their admit cards. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon also release the admit cards for JEE Main 2026 Session 2. Candidates who have registered to appear for this examination are currently awaiting their hall tickets. The admit cards for the examination will be released very soon. However, to download their admit cards, candidates must enter their Application Number, Password, and Security Pin.
When was the JEE Main Session 1 Exam Held?
The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 examination was conducted by the NTA from January 21 to January 29, 2026, across two shifts. The first shift was held from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon), and the second shift was held from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
How to Download the JEE Main Session 2 Admit Card?
Candidates must visit the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Click on the link titled ‘Admit Card for JEE(Main)-2026 [Session-2]’.
A new page will open; enter your login credentials there and click ‘Submit’.
Your admit card will then appear on your screen.
Now, download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.

How to Download the JEE Main Session 2 City Slip?
Visit the official website: jeemain.nta.ac.in
Click on the ‘Session 2 City Intimation Slip’ link located under the ‘Candidate Activity’ board.
Enter your Application Number and Password.
Your City Slip will appear on the screen. Download the City Slip.
JEE Main Session 2 Eligibility Criteria:
Must have passed the 12th grade in 2024 or 2025.
Students appearing for the 12th board examination in 2026.
There is no upper age limit; however, students may appear for the exam for only three consecutive years.
What are the Exam Dates?
The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination is scheduled to be conducted between April 2 and April 9, 2026. The examination will be held in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam will be conducted in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
