CUET UG 2026:- The National Testing Agency (NTA) recently opened the registration process for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2026, following numerous requests from candidates. The last day for registration is today, February 26th. Candidates can complete the registration and correction process until 11:59 pm on February 26th. This is the third time the NTA has opened the CUET UG 2026 application window. Interested candidates can apply today by visiting the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have not yet applied have only a few hours left. The exam is expected to be held between May 11th and May 31st, 2026. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode.

First visit the official website cuet.nta.nic.in
Click on “Re-opening of Registration for CUET (UG) – 2026” under “LATEST NEWS.”
First, register by clicking on the registration link.
Now complete the application process by entering the remaining details.
Finally, pay the prescribed fee and take a printout of the completed form.
Why was the date extended?
The NTA reopened the application process after numerous requests. According to the official notice, this is a “special extension.” Its primary purpose is to provide an opportunity to meritorious students who were unable to complete their registration due to technical issues.

No Correction Window
No correction facility will be provided during this special reopening window. This means that once the form is submitted, candidates will not be able to make any changes. Therefore, candidates are advised to exercise extreme caution when applying and read all information carefully before pressing the final ‘Submit’ button.
Application Fee
Students must fill out the application form and pay the applicable fee for their subject/category.
– General category students will have to pay ₹1,000 to apply for three subjects.
– OBC/EWS candidates will have to pay ₹900.
– SC/ST/PH candidates will have to pay ₹800.
– For centres outside the country, students will have to pay ₹4,500 and ₹1,800 for each subject.
Key Exam Information
The CUET UG 2026 exams are scheduled to be conducted in CBT mode from May 11 to May 31, 2026. The exam will be conducted across 37 subjects.
