In Kolkata, the capital of Maharashtra, the price of 999-purity silver tumbled by ₹10,000, settling at a total of ₹265,000 per kilogram. The previous day, the price of silver stood at ₹275,000 per kilogram.

In Noida—which borders Delhi—the price of 999-purity silver also dropped by ₹10,000, reaching a total of ₹265,000 per kilogram. Here, too, the price of silver had stood at ₹275,000 per kilogram just a day prior.
