Rental Housing (ARHC) & Interest Subsidy (ISS)

ARHC: For people like workers, migrants, or those without homes. They can rent houses at low prices. Rent can increase by 20% in 5 years or 8% every 2 years.
ISS: People with annual income between ₹3 lakh to ₹12 lakh can get interest subsidy. House price must be below ₹35 lakh. Maximum loan eligible for subsidy is ₹25 lakh. Govt gives ₹1.8 lakh interest subsidy.

Who Can Apply?

  1. Families from EWS, LIG, and MIG groups who live in cities and do not have a permanent house.
  2. You can use only one part of the PMAY-Urban scheme.
  3. If you have received help from any housing scheme in the past 20 years, you cannot apply.
