There is big good news for crores of farmers in the country! Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, one of the many schemes being run by the Central Government to provide financial assistance to the farmers, more than 9 crore farmers are given ₹ 6,000 annually. This amount is sent directly to the bank accounts of the farmers in 3 installments of ₹ 2-2 thousand every 4 months through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).

This benefit is available to those Indian farmers who have land up to 2 hectares. So far 19 installments of this scheme have been released and now the 20th installment is eagerly awaited. Will the 20th installment of PM Kisan Yojana come in June 2025

According to the rules of PM Kisan Yojana:

First installment:- Released between April and July.

Second installment:- Released between August and November.

Third installment:- Released between December and March.

According to this, it is estimated that the 20th installment is expected to be released between June and July 2025. If we look at the 4-month cycle, the time of 20th installment will be completed in June 2025, so there is every possibility that the installment can be released by the end of June. However, no official announcement has been made by the government yet, but farmers should keep their preparations complete.

Apart from eKYC, keep these documents ready

Keep in mind that the benefit of the next installment will be given only to those farmers who have completed some essential tasks. If you have not done these tasks, then your installment may get stuck:

This is most important. Without eKYC you will not get the benefit.

It is necessary to have verification of your land documents.

Your bank account must be linked to Aadhaar so that money can come directly to your account through DBT.

Make sure that the DBT option of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is activated in your bank account.

Other required documents and error correction

Now only those farmers will get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana who will be registered in the ‘Kisan Registry’.

Keep your Aadhaar card, a mobile number linked to your Aadhaar, and land documents like Khatauni / Gata number, etc. ready.

If there is any mistake in the name, address, Aadhaar number bank number, etc. while filling out the form, then correct it immediately, otherwise you will not be able to get the benefit.

How to do farmer registration

Now only those farmers will get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana who will be registered in the farmer registry. Farmers can register through the ‘Kisan Registry App’, portal or their nearest CSC (Common Service Center). Without registration, the benefit of the scheme will not be available. Follow the steps given below for online farmer registration:

First of all, go to the official website. Enter your mobile number and Aadhaar number here and verify with OTP (One Time Password). After this, enter the details of your land and bank account. Submit the information and get the registration number. Keep it safe.

It is very important to do e-KYC. Follow the steps given below:

First of all, go to the official website of PM Kisan.

After this, select the ‘Farmers Corner’ option on the website.

Now click on the e-KYC option.

Enter your Aadhaar number and select the ‘Get OTP’ option.

Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click ‘Submit’.

How to check your name in the beneficiary list

It is important to know whether your name is on the beneficiary list or not. To check this, follow these steps:

Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana https://pmkisan.gov.in/.

Click on ‘Farmers Corner’, and a new page will open.

Here choose the option of ‘Beneficiary List’. After this, a form will open.

In this, first, choose the name of the state, then district, block, and village.

After filling in all the information, click on ‘Get Report’.
