In this digital age, credit cards have become essential for our everyday lives. And here’s some news about credit that might surprise you: LED-enabled credit cards are set to launch in India. When you make a payment with these cards, a light will actually glow. This is seen as a significant innovation in India’s credit card industry. CheQ, a credit management platform, and AU Small Finance Bank have teamed up to introduce the country’s first LED-powered co-branded credit card.
This card stands out because of its cool
“Tap-to-Pay LED feature,” which lights up with every transaction. The most unique aspect of the card is its built-in LED light system. When you tap the card for contactless payments, the LED light turns on. This tech runs on the NFC field from the POS machine, so it doesn’t need a battery. It makes the payment process more engaging and secure.
