Ladli Behna 33rd Installment Released, Check Your Payment Status Like this

Ladli Behna Yojana: There’s good news for beneficiaries of Madhya Pradesh’s Ladli Behna Yojana who are waiting for their installments. Today marked the release of the 33rd installment of the Madhya Pradesh government’s ambitious Ladli Behen Yojana. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav transferred Rs 1,500 to the accounts of around 12.5 million women with just one click during a state-level event in Pandhana, Khandwa district.
This time, the amount sent to women’s accounts was increased, totaling over Rs 1,836 crore. Just to recap, the 32nd installment was released from Narmadapuram, where Rs 1,856 crore was transferred on January 16th. Now, if you haven’t received the money yet, it’s important to check what steps you need to take.
If the money hasn’t shown up in your account, what might be the reasons?
Many women have successfully received their installments under the Ladli Behen Yojana, but some haven’t seen the funds. This could happen for a few reasons, like women aged 60 and above being automatically removed from the portal. Also, if a woman’s bank account isn’t linked to Aadhaar, her installment might be stuck. Additionally, payments can be held up for those who haven’t completed their e-KYC process, if their overall ID has been deleted, or if their biometric verification is pending, or if DBT isn’t activated in their bank accounts.
Who qualifies for the benefits of this scheme?
This scheme is designed to help women who meet specific eligibility criteria. For instance, women must be residents of Madhya Pradesh and married, which includes widows, divorcees, and abandoned women. They also need to be between 21 and 60 years old. Having a personal bank account is a must; joint accounts won’t work. Plus, DBT needs to be activated in the account. According to the government, over Rs 52,000 crore has been transferred to women’s accounts under this scheme so far, with installments being issued between the 10th and 15th of each month.
