First of all, go to the Income Tax Department website https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com or https://www.utiitsl.com.
After this, click on the section Reprint PAN Card or Download e-PAN / Reprint PAN.
Now enter your PAN number, date of birth and Aadhaar number here.
After this you will see the option of PVC PAN Card, select it.
Now you have to make payment of ₹50 through UPI or other payment method.
After this you have to submit the application.
Now you will get the Acknowledgement Number through which you can track your card.
