HDFC Bank has announced changes in the rules of its premium banking service Imperia program. These new rules will start from October 1, 2025. The bank has officially informed its customers about this. The bank said that the changes are mainly about the new Total Relationship Value (TRV) requirement. The Imperia program is a premium service of the bank, where special benefits are given to select customers.
As per media reports, the new rules will apply from October 1, 2025 for customers who joined the Imperia program on or before June 30, 2025. But for customers who joined after July 1, 2025 or whose Imperia status has been upgraded, the new rules are already applicable.
