You can download a duplicate PAN Card online from your mobile or laptop while sitting at home. The government has provided official websites like NSDL and UTIITSL, where you can get your e-PAN or Duplicate PAN Card in a few minutes.

How to Download Duplicate PAN Card from NSDL

Step 1: Go to the official NSDL website https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com
. Select the “Reprint PAN Card” option or “Download e-PAN”.

Step 2: Fill in details like PAN Number, Aadhaar Number, and Date of Birth. Enter the Captcha Code and click Submit. You will get an OTP on your mobile linked to Aadhaar. Enter the OTP to verify. Pay a fee of Rs 50–100 through UPI, Debit Card, or Net Banking. After payment, you will get your e-PAN in PDF format on your email. You can download and use it immediately.

How to Download Duplicate PAN Card from UTIITSL

Step 1: Visit the official UTIITSL site https://www.utiitsl.com
. Click “PAN Card Services” and choose “Reprint PAN Card”. Enter your PAN Number, Date of Birth, and Aadhaar Number.

Step 2: You will get an OTP on your mobile. Enter it and proceed. Pay a fee of Rs 50–100. You can download e-PAN immediately. A physical PAN Card will also be sent to your address, which may take 7–15 days.
