Central Railway believes these services will help passengers better organize their travel plans during the summer holiday season.
Meanwhile, the Indian Railways also reported its performance for the fiscal year 2025–26. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav stated in the Lok Sabha that the Railways operated a record 76, 352 special trains this year. He added that approximately 25, 000 trains are currently operating daily on the nationwide railway network.
