60 Day Bonus

The Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) is calculated based on a specific formula. First, note that the maximum salary limit for this bonus is ₹7,000 per month, and the bonus will be calculated based on the employee’s average salary.

Formula and Allowances Included

The formula for calculating the bonus is:- (Average Salary × 60 days ÷ 30.4)

This calculation will include the employee’s Basic Pay, as well as factors such as Dearness Allowance (DA), Special Allowance, Duty Allowance, and Training Allowance.

Post Office Scheme

For Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS), the bonus will be determined based on their Time-Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) and Dearness Allowance. This ensures that even GDS workers serving in remote areas are fully included in this festive celebration.
