Chhath Puja Special Trains – Indian Railways Announces 8 Special Trains

Special Train: On the occasion of Chhath Puja, there was a massive crowd in trains to go to Bihar. Even Tatkal tickets were not available.

Chhath Puja is celebrated with great pomp in UP and Bihar. At this time, people are trying their best to reach their villages and families. However, getting a confirmed ticket on the train becomes very difficult. During Chhath Puja, there were many crowds at all the railway stations and trains. In such a situation, people had to face a lot of problems.

Now, after the conclusion of the great festival Chhath, people coming from outside cannot get tickets. Seats on many trains are total, and people are not getting tickets. Crowds of passengers are being seen at railway stations.

Now, the Railways has decided to run eight special trains on Sunday, November 10, so passengers do not face any problems. Railway CPRO Kapinjal Kishore Sharma said that train number 05744 (Katihar-Chhapra) special will leave from Katihar at 16:00 and reach Chhapra at 00:20 the next day.

Also, train number 07541 (Katihar- Dauram Madhepura) will leave from Katihar at 19:00 and reach Dauram Madhepura at 22:00 the next day. Train number 07540 (Katihar-Manihari) special will leave from Katihar at 20:30 and reach Manihari at 21:30.

Train number 05742 special will leave New Jalpaiguri at 08:00 and reach Gomti Nagar at 07:15 the next day.

Train No. 01666 Special will leave Agartala at 17:20 hrs and reach Rani Kamalapati on November 12 at 16:35 hrs.

Train No. 05831 Special will leave Rangapara North at 09:00 and leave Prayagraj on November 11 at 12:40 hrs.

Train No. 05672 Special will leave Anand Vihar Terminal at 23:45 hrs and reach Guwahati on November 10 at 14:15 hrs.

Train No. 01066 Special will leave Agartala at 15:10 hrs and reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus on November 13 at 08:25 hrs.
