Ayushman Card: The central and state governments run a variety of different schemes for the public’s benefit. One of these is the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Under this scheme, needy people receive free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. To benefit from this scheme, it is essential to have an Ayushman Card. You can apply for it from the comfort of your home. You don’t need to visit offices to get an Ayushman Card. First, let’s understand what documents you’ll need to apply?

mobile number linked to aadhaar

How to apply?

Step 1-First of all go to Ayushman Bharat Beneficiary portal and click on the Beneficiary option here.

Step 2- Now you have to enter your Aadhaar registered mobile number and captcha code.

Step 3- After this, click on Generate OTP and enter the OTP received on your mobile.

Step 4- In the next page you will have to select the state and district.

Step 5: Then, check your eligibility for the card using your Aadhaar number. Here, you will see your family and card status.

Step 6- If the card status is Not-Generated then you can apply for the card by clicking on Apply Now.

Step 7: Now fill in your personal details like name, date of birth, and family information. Also, upload scanned copies of the required documents, such as your Aadhaar card, ration card, or other relevant documents.

Step 6. Finally, you will need to verify your identity. An Aadhaar OTP will be generated on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. After submitting this OTP, review your details and your Ayushman card application process will be complete.
