On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the price of silver rose by approximately 1.5%, reaching ₹2,82,463 per kilogram.
Meanwhile, gold strengthened by 0.3%, trading at ₹1,54,150 per 10 grams. According to the Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), following a price increase, the price of 24-carat gold has reached ₹151,954 per 10 grams. Today, gold rates have become dearer by ₹1,592 per 10 grams. Additionally, a surge was also observed in silver prices today; following this increase, silver is currently trading at ₹267,820. However, gold rates are not released on Saturdays and Sundays. The rates published by the IBJA do not include the 3% GST.
