Vivo V70 Elite vs Google Pixel 10a: All the Vivo V70 Elite and the Google Pixel 10a are excellent cameras-focused smartphones that were just launched. While the latter boasts a specially tuned ZEISS camera configuration for exceptional performance, the former is intended to provide a Pixel-style photography experience at a low cost.
But there are other important features of cellphones besides the camera. The display, performance, build quality, battery life, and other factors are equally important. To determine which smartphone is superior overall and which one you should get, I have chosen to evaluate the Vivo V70 Elite and Google Pixel 10a.
Display, quality of building, and design
IP68 water resistance is a feature of the Google Pixel 10a (Image from Google). The Google Pixel 10a has a sandwich construction made of plastic and aluminum. Although the aluminum frame provides strength and rigidity, the back panel’s choice of plastic is far from ideal. In contrast, the chassis of the Vivo V70 Elite is made of glass and aluminum. It seems more upscale to the touch thanks to the rear glass panel. Additionally, the Vivo phone is far slimmer than the Pixel, yet because the Pixel has a camera bump, it may sit flush on a surface.
In regard to protection, the Pixel 10a has Gorilla Glass 7i for the screen and an IP68 grade for resistance to water and dust. The Vivo phone, in contrast, has an IP68/69 rating as well, but its display is made of Schott Xensation Core glass, which is not branded. Overall, the design and build quality of both phones are comparable, and neither offers a clear advantage over the other. The Google Pixel 10a and Vivo V70 Elite have high-end screens with precise color reproduction, deeper black depths, and other features. However, the Vivo phone wins in terms of display because it has a higher brightness and resolution.
Gaming and performance
The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is a feature of the Vivo V70 Elite (Image from Vivo). The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset powers the Vivo V70 Elite, whereas the Tensor G4 chipset powers the Google Pixel 10a. The Snapdragon chip boasts a much better GPU and a marginally quicker CPU in terms of raw performance. Thus, for gamers, the Vivo phone is a superior option. Also, the Vivo V70 Elite has quicker UFS 4.1-based storage, which will speed up game loading.
The base 8+128GB variant of the Google Pixel 10a prices ₹49,999, while the base 8+256GB model of the Vivo V70 Elite prices ₹51,999.
Performance of the camera

The Pixel 10a’s camera setup (Image via Google) The Vivo V70 Elite has a 50+50+8MP triple rear camera array, whilst the Google Pixel 10a has a 48+13MP twin rear camera setup. Both phones have great primary cameras, however the Vivo usually records more details all over the day, while the Pixel 10a produces superior images.
The Pixel phone has a much better ultrawide camera. clearer dynamic range, clearer shadow highlights, less noise, and higher detail levels are all captured. But unlike the Pixel phone, the Vivo V70 Elite has a third camera. The periscopic telephoto camera on the Vivo phone is actually pretty outstanding; it can take some amazing zoomed-in photos with good colors, detail levels, and noise levels. On the selfie camera, the Vivo V70 Elite and Google Pixel 10a both produce some fantastic selfies with lovely skin tones and facial details. But the former performs better at night, whereas the latter wins out during the day. Although the Vivo V70 Elite features a telephoto camera and is superior in terms of quality, the Pixel 10a offers a more reliable photography experience overall.
Price, charging, and battery
A big battery is an attribute of the Vivo V70 Elite (Image from Vivo). Compared to the Pixel, the Vivo V70 Elite has a substantially larger battery. As a result, the Vivo phone has a far longer battery life. With moderate use, the Vivo V70 Elite can run for two to three days between charges. The Pixel phone, in contrast, has a maximum battery life of one to two days. The Pixel 10a supports wireless charging, but the Vivo model also offers wired charging that is noticeably faster.
Which smartphone is best for you?
While the Vivo V70 Elite offers superior display, increased performance, and wireless charging, the Google Pixel 10a boasts more reliable camera performance.
improved battery life, quicker charging, and a periscopic telephoto camera. In many ways, the Vivo model is superior to other smartphone models.
As a result, you should choose the Vivo V70 Elite since it is the superior option overall. While the Google Pixel 10a is also a good option, it falls short of the Vivo phone in a number of areas.
