Features and technology

Its Top variant gets 7-inch TFT display which includes Bluetooth connection, call alerts and navigation support. Display is crisp and it is easy to navigate menus from switchgear.

The three riding modes — Eco, Standard and Sport — give a different experience to every situation. Keyless system, USB charging port and reverse mode make it more practical. Reverse mode is slightly different; One has to press and hold two buttons, and get used to it initially.

Performance and range

Honda Activa e offers 6kW peak power motor. It catches at a speed of 0 to 60 kmph in about 7.3 seconds. Top speed is 80 km / h, which is enough for city use.

In Eco mode, the speed is limited to 50 km/h, but the range is better. In Sport mode, acceleration is faster, but the battery drains quickly.

The most special thing is its swappable battery setup. It gets two 1.5kWh batteries, ie a total of 3kWh capacity. The claimed range is 102 km / charge. Battery cannot be charge at home; Swapping has to be changed at station.
