Mustard Oil

How to Make Fish Curry

To prepare fish, first wash the fish thoroughly and mix well with turmeric, salt, coriander, and chili powder. Let it sit for a while.

Heat mustard oil over a gas stove and fry the fish until crispy.

Make a paste of mustard, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and a little bit of Adra.

Now, add the red chili powder and a little bit of Adra to the clean mustard oil. Roast

Now add the spices and fry well. Once all the spices are cooked, cook the chopped tomatoes well with the lentils.

Leave the spices aside. Boil the lentils in hot water. Once boiling, cook the fish curry with the lentils for 2 minutes.
