Monsoon Alert: Ten days of February have passed, a period that has been quite significant in terms of weather changes. In these 10 days, people in North India have witnessed major weather shifts. Rain, fog, and snowfall have disrupted normal life. Dense fog in the morning and evening is troubling people in Delhi-NCR and western Uttar Pradesh.

The threat of rain looms again in several states due to a Western Disturbance. Late-night rains in many parts of South India have made the weather pleasant. Snowfall is occurring in the higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In many areas, the temperature is being recorded below the freezing point. Delhi Weather

Delhi-NCR also woke up to dense fog this morning. Partially cloudy skies are expected. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature is expected to be between 21 and 24 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius. While there has been some improvement in air quality, the atmosphere remains somewhat polluted.

Madhya Pradesh Weather

According to the Meteorological Department, winter has returned to Madhya Pradesh. In many districts of the state, the morning temperature has dropped below 10 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, due to the active Western Disturbance, there is a possibility of rain until January 11th.

The IMD has issued a rain warning for Gwalior, Betul, Bhind, Bhopal, Burhanpur, Chhatarpur, and Chhindwara. Rain alerts have also been issued for Damoh, Datia, Dewas, Dhar, Dindori, and Guna.

Rajasthan Weather

Rain is expected in several areas of Rajasthan. According to the IMD, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and rain in Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, Baran, Barmer, Beawar, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bikaner, and Bundi. Besides these, thunderstorms and light rain are expected in Chittorgarh, Churu, Dausa, Deeg, Didwana-Kuchaman, Dholpur, Dungarpur, and Dudu. The IMD has also issued a thunderstorm and rain alert for Gangapur City.

Uttar Pradesh Weather

The Meteorological Department has predicted a cold wave in Uttar Pradesh. A cold wave is expected in Agra, Aligarh, Ambedkar Nagar, Amethi, Amroha, Auraiya, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Baghpat, Bahraich, and Ballia. A cold wave warning has also been issued for Balrampur, Banda, Barabanki, Bareilly, Basti, Bhadohi, and Bijnor. Meanwhile, light rain with winds is expected in Chandauli, Chitrakoot, Deoria, Etah, Etawah, Farrukhabad, Fatehpur, and Firozabad. Snowfall is expected in several parts of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Temperatures are likely to drop further in these areas.
