UGC NET 2025 Result Date Announced: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the tentative date for the release of the UGC NET results. Candidates who appeared for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test December 2025 examination will soon be able to check their scores through the official NTA UGC NET website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The exam was conducted from December 31 to January 7. More than 7.35 lakh candidates appeared for this examination. According to a tweet by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on X (formerly Twitter), the UGC NET result will be declared online on the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in by February 4. Along with the results, the cutoff list will also be released.

When was the Provisional Answer Key Released?
The NTA released the provisional answer key for the UGC NET December 2025 examination on January 14, 2026. Along with the release of the provisional answer key, the NTA also allowed candidates to raise objections until January 17. The objections received are addressed by experts, and based on their findings, the NET result and final answer key are prepared.

How many subjects were included in the exam?
The UGC NET exam was conducted for more than 80 subjects. This online exam was held in two shifts: the first shift from 9 AM to 12 PM and the second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM. It is important to note that for papers conducted across multiple shifts, the NTA normalises using the equi-percentile method to ensure fairness.

Enter your application number, password, and security PIN.
Now, click on the submit button.
The UGC NET Result 2025 PDF will be displayed on the screen.

The UGC NET result will be released based on the final answer key. The final answer key will be considered conclusive, and no objections will be entertained against it. The final answer key may be released by the NTA one day before the results are declared. It is expected that the UGC NET Final Answer Key will be made available by this evening.
