JEE Main 2026 Updates – How to Register for Session 2 Exam at jeemain.nta.nic.in

JEE Mains 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) recently announced the registration for JEE Mains 2026 Session 2. Candidates appearing for the exam can now apply through the official website. The application process started on February 1st, and you can fill out the online form on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Additionally, the provisional answer key for the recently concluded JEE Main Session 1 exam will be released on February 4, 2026. NTA shared a post on the social media platform X stating that the last date to apply for Session 2 is February 25, 2026. This means that applications will not be accepted after the deadline. Candidates are advised to apply for Session 2 in a timely manner.

When will the exam be held?
The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam will be held from April 2 to 9, 2026. The exam will be held in two shifts. City allocation may be released at least 10 days before the exam, while admit cards will be issued 4 days before the exam. Candidates will have to visit the official website to download their admit cards.

Answer key to be released on February 4th

On the other hand, the answer key for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will be released on February 4, 2026. The National Testing Agency shared a post on X informing that the Answer Key for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1 will be released on February 4th. The final result declaration will be by February 12, 2026. Candidates can challenge the answer key during the challenge window, starting on February 4th.
