According to the Meteorological Department, dense fog is expected in Saharanpur, Bijnor, Rampur, Moradabad, and Bareilly on Thursday. Besides these, dense fog is also likely in Muzaffarnagar, Sambhal, Badaun, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri, and Sitapur.
Bahraich, Shravasti, Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, and Kushinagar may also be covered in a blanket of fog. The possibility of fog has been predicted for more than 45 districts on January 16th. The impact of the fog is expected to increase further on January 17th. A warning for rain has also been issued for Western UP on January 18th and 19th.
