Poco M8 5G: The next smartphone from Chinese company Poco is expected to be released shortly. Many certification platforms have listed the Poco M8 5G. Also, the smartphone’s design has been hinted to by the company. Flipkart, an online retailer, will sell the Poco M8 5G in India.
The smartphone’s design was disclosed by Xiaomi’s sub-brand in a post on the social media site X. The coming Redmi Note 15 5G and its back camera unit are nearly identical. The camera island on the smartphone is square and has rounded corners. It will have an AI camera with 50 megapixels. Together with the camera, the smartphone’s back has an LED flash. On the right side are the controls for volume and power. The Poco M8 5G features a black dual-tone rear panel.
Flipkart has developed a microsite for this smartphone. In India, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has listed the Poco M8 5G. The smartphone has also been listed in the TDRA, IMDA, and NBTC databases. This suggests that the Poco M8 5G will soon be released on the global market. Blue, black, and a dual-tone silver and black color choice are possible options for the smartphone. There might be a Pro version of the coming smartphone series. The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website lists a smartphone with the model number 2510EPC8BG. The Poco M8 Pro might be this. This smartphone previously had the same model number on its IMEI.
A 6,330 mAh battery that supports 100W charging could be included in the Poco M8 Pro. The Poco M7 Pro is going to be replaced by it. There are three possible storage options for this smartphone: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. The 5,110 mAh battery of the Poco M7 Pro supports 45W rapid charging. A 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera are part of its back camera unit. It has a 20-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and making video calls.
