Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Green chillies – 1-2 (finely chopped)

Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Aloo Palak Ki Sabji?

Aloo Palak Ki Sabzi can be made using the following steps:

1- First, you need to wash and chop the spinach thoroughly.

2- Then, heat oil in a pan and add the chopped potatoes, frying them until they are light golden brown.

3- Then add cumin seeds to the oil, and once they start to splutter, add the onions and sauté until golden brown. Next, add the ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, and coriander powder, and cook until the spices release their aroma and the oil separates.

4- Then add the fried potatoes and chopped spinach to this spice mixture and mix well. After that, add half a cup of water, cover it, and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
