Renault Triber
In September 2025, Renault Triber did wonders for the company. This 7-seater MPV sold 2,587 units, showing a tremendous increase of 68% over the previous year. Not only this, a growth of 38% was also recorded as compared to August 2025. The reason for Triber’s popularity is its affordable price tag, specious interior and feature-loaded variants. The car has become the first choice of Indian families who look for a practical 7-seater car in the budget.

Renault Kiger

Renault Kiger Facelift, launched in August 2025, has also revived the company’s sales. The car sold 1,166 units in September 2025, up 18% from the previous year and 28% from August. The Kiger facelift is being well-liked among young buyers who like SUVs. Its stylish look, strong road presence and budget-friendly price make it a strong contender in the market.
Renault Kwid

While Renault Triber and Kiger flagged the sale, Renault Kwid declined slightly. Kwid sold 512 units in September 2025, showing a 26% YoY decline. However, on a month-to-month (MoM) basis, it saw a 118% jump in sales. The major reason behind this boom is the growing enthusiasm in the market about Kwid EV. Recently Kwid EV was spotted in India during testing, raising interest in customers again for this small but stylish car.
Triber Star Performer
Between July and September 2025, Renault recorded sales of a total of 9,855 units. Of this, Triber itself accounted for 65% of the company’s total sales, with sales of 6,444 units. Kiger sold 2,399 units, while Kwid sales were reduced to 1,012 units. However, the strong performance of Triber and Kiger has given Renault a year-over-year growth of 8.7% in the Indian market.

Market share
Renault India’s market share has reached 1.1% as of September 2025. This is evidence that the company maintains a strong position in the market despite its three limited models Triber, Kiger and Kwid –.Triber’s value-for-money appeal and the popularity of the Kiger facelift have given Renault a new pace. If Kwid EV launches in the coming months, it could prove to be a new electric success story for the company.
