And of course, its direct collision is going to be from market giant KTM 250 Adventure. Price and variants
Speaking of price and variants, the X-showroom price of the TVS Apache RTX 300 is placed between ₹1.99 lakh to ₹2.34 lakh, depending on the variant. This price makes it quite affordable from its rival KTM 250 Adventure, which costs around ₹2.40 lakhs (ex-showroom).

It is clear that TVS has launched this bike at a competitive price to attract new riders and budget friendly buyers. However, it is worth noting that this price of Apache RTX 300 is introductory, ie it may increase in future.
Engine and performance
Now let’s talk about the engine and performance, the TVS Apache RTX 300 has a 299.1cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which produces 36 PS power and 28.5 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the KTM 250 Adventure has a 249cc liquid-cooled engine, which generates power of 31 bhp and torque of 25 Nm.
Simply put, the TVS Apache RTX 300 has an edge in both power and torque. This means that this bike on the highway can deliver much faster and smoother performance, especially in longer trips.

Suspension, Tires and Ride Quality
Talking about suspension, tires and ride quality, both bikes have further USD forks and rear monoshock suspension, making both ride quality and stability great. The TVS Apache RTX 300 offers 17-inch wheels (front 110/80 and rear 150/70), ideal for great grip and touring on the road. While the KTM 250 Adventure features 19-inch front and 17-inch rear tires (front 100/90 and rear 130/80), making it more suitable for off-roading.

The Apache RTX 300 is a better option for you if you ride a bike on most cities and highways, while if you like to adventure on mountains and raw paths, the KTM 250 Adventure will play you better.
