BSF GD Constable Recruitment: The Border Security Force (BSF) has announced recruitment for 391 Constable (General Duty) posts. What are the eligibility criteria?
For this recruitment, candidates must have passed matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised board. Additionally, candidates must have participated or represented the Indian Army at the national or international level in the relevant sport. Candidates must be between 18 and 23 years of age. Age relaxation will be provided as per the BSF recruitment rules. Age will be calculated as of August 1, 2025.
Physical Standards
Height: 170 cm for male candidates and 157 cm for female candidates.
Chest: 80 cm without expansion and 85 cm with expansion for male candidates.
Eye Sight: Minimum vision of 6/6 and 6/9 in both eyes, without glasses or lenses.
Application Fee: There is no fee for female, SC, and ST category candidates. In contrast, male candidates from the General and OBC categories will be required to pay an application fee of ₹159.

Salary Requirements
