What is PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana?

- The second installment is given between August and November.
- The third installment is given between December and March.
- So far, crores of farmers across India have received these payments.
21st Installment Update
Farmers in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh have received the 21st installment in advance. Over ₹540 crore has been transferred to more than 2.7 million farmers in these states. These states were affected by floods and natural disasters, so the government released the funds early.
Farmers in other states are still waiting for the 21st installment. They have received only 20 installments so far. Each installment comes every four months, so the 21st installment is expected by November 2025, possibly before Diwali or in the first week of November.
