Bihar Weather Forecast: A warning has been issued for inclement weather in Bihar for the next five days. The Meteorological Department has issued red and orange alerts for several districts for October 4th and 5th. The Meteorological Centre, Patna, has issued a warning for heavy rainfall in Jamui, Banka, and West Champaran on October 3. Heavy rainfall alerts have been issued for Siwan, Gopalganj, Bhabua, Munger, Bhagalpur, Arwal, and other districts. According to the Meteorological Department’s forecast, heavy rain is expected to occur at one or two locations in Gaya, Kaimur, and West Champaran districts. Meanwhile, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Rohtas, Aurangabad, and Nawada districts have been issued alerts for heavy rainfall in the coming days.
Red and Orange Alerts
According to the IMD, heavy rainfall is expected in West Champaran, Kaimur, and Gaya districts, which is why a red alert has been declared. Meanwhile, heavy rain is expected in East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Rohtas, Aurangabad, and Nawada. Furthermore, heavy rainfall is also likely in Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Saran, Buxar, Bhojpur, Jehanabad, Sheikhpura, and Jamui. Patna and other districts are experiencing continuous torrential rain.
Red alert issued in these districts
The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for West Champaran, Kaimur, and Gaya districts on October 4. Heavy rainfall is expected in Gopalganj, Rohtas, Nawada, and Aurangabad. A red alert has also been issued for Sitamarhi, Shivhar, East and West Champaran, and Gopalganj in North Bihar on October 5. Heavy to heavy rainfall is expected in several districts of Bihar.

Heavy rainfall expected in East Bihar
Heavy rainfall is also expected in North and East Bihar on October 6. Therefore, people have been advised to remain vigilant.
