Massive Fire at Chevron’s El Segundo Refinery in Los Angeles Sparks Panic

Los Angeles Fire: On Thursday (October 2), news of a significant accident emerged in Los Angeles, California. A fire broke out at Chevron’s El Segundo refinery, one of the largest refineries on the US West Coast. The fire has spread panic throughout the area, causing widespread concern among residents. A video of the fire is going viral on social media. The fire was so severe that flames rose high. Firefighters arrived at the scene immediately after receiving information.

According to a Reuters report, Los Angeles County Supervisor Holly Mitchell stated that the fire has been brought under control. The fire was confined to only one part of the refinery, preventing significant damage. A local official also confirmed that the fire was contained to a single area after firefighters arrived. However, the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
