Big news is coming out for the youth who have completed law studies. The Bar Council of India (BCI) is going to release the official notification soon regarding the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 20) 2025. Based on media reports and the pattern of previous years, it is believed that the application process can start soon. Interested candidates will be able to apply only through online mode by visiting the official website allindiabarexamination.com. Offline applications of any kind will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

AIBE 20 Exam 2025

To appear in this exam, the candidate must be a graduate in law from a university recognized by BCI. Candidates can be 3-year LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB degree holders. It is mandatory for the candidates of the General and OBC categories to pass graduation with a minimum of 45 percent marks, and SC, ST category candidates to pass graduation with a minimum of 40 percent marks. There is no age limit prescribed for this exam.

Application fee

Along with filling out the online application, candidates will have to pay the fee as per the category. Without paying the fee, the application will not be valid. As per last year, the application fee for the General, EWS, and OBC categories was Rs 3500 and Rs 2500 for the SC, ST categories. However, if there is a change in the fee this year, information will be provided through the official notification.

Registration process

After the application process starts, the candidates will be able to fill out the application form online themselves.

  • For this, first of all, the candidate has to go to the official website allindiabarexamination.com.
  • On the home page, click on the AIBE-XX registration link.
  • After this, select the New Applicant. Register Here option, the information sought will have to be filled.
  • After successful registration, login, and entering the remaining details and the application form can be completed.
  • In the last step, the prescribed fee has to be paid online. After completion of the application, take a printout of it and keep it safe.

Passing marks condition

To qualify for the AIBE 2025 exam, it is mandatory for candidates of the general and OBC categories to get a minimum of 45 percent marks. At the same time, passing marks have been fixed at 40 percent for SC, ST, and Divyang candidates. This rule is already in force, and this time also the results will also be declared accordingly.
