Monsoon Forecast:- Heavy rains have caused havoc in most states of the country. Heavy rains have caused floods in many states. Heavy rains are occurring in many states, including Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Jammu. Due to continuous rains, schools have also been closed in many places. According to the Meteorological Department, a low-pressure area has formed in northwest Madhya Pradesh and eastern Rajasthan.

Many states in North India are experiencing floods, with the most severe damage reported in the state of Punjab. On the other hand, due to the rising water level of the Yamuna, water has also entered the residential areas of Delhi. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding heavy to heavy rainfall at some places in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh between September 6 and 11.

 Heavy rain in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued due to heavy rains in eastern Rajasthan on September 8 and in Konkan, Goa, and central Maharashtra on September 7. Light to moderate rain is expected at many places in these areas over the next 7 days. According to IMD, there are chances of rain at many places in western Madhya Pradesh during the next 7 days. According to the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued in view of heavy rains in Bihar between September 8 and 10, and in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on September 9 and 10.

Rain warning in Rajasthan

Light to moderate rain with thunderstorms is expected to occur in most districts of Rajasthan on Saturday. But there is a possibility of heavy rain in Udaipur, Dungarpur, Banswara and Pratapgarh. In view of bad weather, a holiday has been declared in schools and Anganwadi centres in Ajmer.

Rain warning in Assam and Meghalaya

According to the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued due to heavy rains in some areas of Assam and Meghalaya on September 7, 10, and 11. Apart from this, rain is expected in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura on September 7. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh from September 7 to 9.
