New Delhi: Before the festive season, the central government has given a big surprise to the common people as well as the industry. Two slabs of GST have been abolished, and two slabs have been created, which will benefit everyone. The government has created two GST slabs, including 1per cent and 2 per cent. Now, 18 per cent GST will have to be paid instead of 2 per cent on buying a small car. You will have to pay more price on buying a luxury car or bike.
Prices will decrease on cheap cars and bikes. The revised GST slab rates will come into effect from the first day of Navratri, i.e. 22 September 2025. The employees are going to have a great time during the festive season, which will prove to be like a big gift. Car buyers have now stopped, because after the implementation of GST rates, there will be a fall in prices.

The price of vehicles will be lower.
As soon as the GST rates are implemented, there can be a fall in the prices of small cars. Along with this, only 18% GST can be levied on petrol, CNG and LPG vehicles with an engine up to 1200cc, and diesel cars with an engine up to 1500cc, whose length is less than 4000mm.
